Frequently asked Questions

Why did you replace the Logoizer tool?

3D Designer takes advantage of advances in imaging technology to give better previews of decorated products — more accurate color rendering, realistic texture mapping, and a faster workflow from concept to approval.

Do I have to log in to use 3D Designer?

It's free and available to everyone. No account required — just find a product, click 3D Designer, and start customizing.

Can I use 3D Designer on my phone?

Not right now. 3D Designer only works on laptops and desktop computers. We're evaluating mobile support for a future release.

Is 3D Designer available for all products?

3D Designer will accurately render decorations applied via:

• Screen Printing
• Embroidery
• Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing
• Direct-to-film (DTF)

Selecting screen printing will also calculate the color count of your artwork, while choosing embroidery will provide an estimated stitch count.

What image file formats can I use for artwork?

• Raster: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .tiff
• Vector: .ai, .pdf, .eps
• Embroidery: .emb, .dst

Only vector artwork files will allow for logo color changes in the 3D Designer interface.
